1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ragso (“Ragso,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and related services. By creating an account or using Ragso, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ragso provides an easy-to-use platform to create, manage, and deploy AI chatbots powered by your content. Features may include content ingestion (e.g., FAQs, documents, links), retrieval, response generation, analytics, integrations, and hosting.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Ragso.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ragso to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise security
• Generate spam, harassment, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the content you upload or connect to Ragso. You grant Ragso a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

Ragso, the Service, and all related software, features, and trademarks are owned by Ragso and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Plans, Tokens, and Billing

• Free Plan: Anyone can start for free with a limited monthly token allocation.
• Subscriptions: Paid plans provide higher token allocations and additional features. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• Usage: Interactions may consume tokens based on length and complexity. When tokens are exhausted, functionality may be limited until the next cycle or an upgrade.
• Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Pricing or plan changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in our policies, partial-period refunds are not provided.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ragso shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ragso from and against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Certain sections (e.g., IP, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Ragso after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
